I went to the gym today for my strength training class. The instructor has us using kettlebells today. I started out with the 10 lb. bell which was fine until we had to lift the bell above our head, twist it, and bring it back down. Fifteen rep, 3 sets, both arms.
I was able to use the 15 lb. for the dead lift, then dead lift with squats. We did the double arm and single arm swing. We also worked our obliques with side bends with kettlebells.
Today's workout was really hard. The instructor warned us that we will be sore tomorrow.
Back at home my daughter and granddaughters were waiting for me. We went out for an early dinner, the food was awesome.
Still thanking God for this day.
