We were back at the gym this morning for the start of our weekly workouts. We walked to the bus stop, rode the bus, then walked to the gym.
My first exercise was on the treadmill. I walked for 45 minutes with a speed of 3 miles per hour and a incline of 4.5.
Next I attended a Silver Sneakers class for seniors. It was easy and fun for me. We danced, did aerobatics, used weights, balls, and bands.
I had a great workout today and after the gym we had smoothies from Jamba juice.
Back at the California house, we had black beans burgers for lunch. For dinner we dined at Vegas Seafood Buffet in Torrance, California.
Today was a very good day. Thanking God for this day.
