Today I went to a different facility for a new line dance class. I was invited by my former line dance instructor.
We learned several new line dances and reviewed some old ones. I met several new people and I am looking forward to seeing them again.
After class I stopped by Sprouts to pick up a few things to complete the ingredient list for my vegan lasagna.
I spent all afternoon making the vegan lasagna. I even made some vegan ricotta cheese. The lasagna turned out great.
