Just got back in the game since I actually got sick, plus my phone was broken. So here I am, slowly getting back to where I was on my fitness endeavor.
The app seemed to just have detected 5000 steps but I guess I exited it at some point of the day. All I did was walk, walk, walk. Also, I did some HIIT exercise and a bit of weightlifting but I can't record it on this app since I don't have a fitbit and I couldn't find a way to attach my phone to my body while working out
But anyway, I'm back. :)
