The computers went down at work today, so there wasn't much to do. I took advantage of the down time and had 3 two mile walk in there.
When I got home, I found 20 minutes to do a quick let workout. See the link below. It was a pretty good routine from Heather Robinson again. I like her style of incorporating weights in her routines.
