Day 3 on the vacation in Oceanside. We went fishing in the morning. Didn't do too good though. We got our first bite just as we were leaving.
I got home and did a tricep routine in the hotel room. It was close group push-ups and tricep dips. 5 sets of each.
Later we went to the beach and built sandcastles.
It turned out more like a fox hole though. The kids could actually hide and disappear inside the hole.
BBQ'd some chicken and pork for lunch and went to play some ping pong for 2 hours with the boys.
A great day today!
