Today I did a 20 minute HITT workout from Heather Robinson. It was a bodyweight routine that hit the entire body. It was a great way to start the day.
I also went fishing in the morning. It was about a mile to walk to the fishing spot. Then I spent the day at the beach with the kids. We played spikeball... That is such a great game.
