Today was wow,walking to and fro, the places I went to.
Example to church, to do my assignment which will be submitted tomorrow,to the restaurant,to withdraw money from the bank,etc.
It was indeed hectic.
Let's look at some importance if walking to human health.
Walking is a great way to improve or maintain our overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.
Importance of walking.
1. It increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness
2. It reduces risk of heart disease and stroke
3. It improves management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes
4. It makes the bones stronger and improved balance.
5. It increases muscle strength and endurance.
