Well, looking at the amount of responsibilities that fell on my head, I can safely say that I will not do any training until Saturday.
On Saturday I should go to measure the amount of fat, but is it worth it? This month I did only 4 trainings (and I should do 12).
On Saturday after the measurements I will definitely do exercises for the orbitrec. From next week, I don't play concerts all October, so I can focus more on training.
