- Completed 3 mini workouts throughout the day for a total of 45 squats, 20 leg raises, 20 pushups, and 30 standing oblique twists.
Went for 2 different walk breaks today during work.
Did another Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout today! That’s 4 days in a row and going strong. Of all my fitness/movement changes lately - this seems to be making the most difference.
Ate clean today! Had a smoothie after my workout and pork chops, cauliflower and roasted broccoli for dinner. I even made a keto brownie after dinner.
Stood 5 hours at my desk today instead of sitting.
