The Daily Health Highlight Reel
Went for a 45 minute walk after work. I needed to run to the bank - which is about a mile from my house and so I decided to make a nice walk out of it instead of driving.
Did my 30 minute Jillian Michaels workout. 💪🏻
Made my favorite berry, lemon and spinach smoothie with collagen. 🍓
- Cooked a yummy dinner dinner of chicken served over a mushroom, garlic, onion and almond flour pasta medley.
