My legs have just about recovered from 20km of weekend running, so I was able to do my regular midweek run. I selected a different interval program today. This did very short (20s) , intense sprints and the whole thing was over in less than a kilometre. It got me puffing. I carried onto get some distance in. I just followed one of the main roads for a while and then crossed to the other side for my return. That took me past the outdoor gym for a few arm and situp reps. Better weather today that didn't even feel cold.
I want to do parkrun again this week and I'm wondering about skipping my Friday cycle ride to save my legs a bit. I still walk about 5k each day just going to work.
