Bench press 135 X5, 145 X5, 165 X10
Bench press pyramid 165 X5,4,3,2,1
Bench press 135 3x8
Dumbbell bench press 50 5x10
Dumbbell rows 60 5x10
Barbell front raise 65 10x5
Feeling pretty good from this sesh. Otherwise the day was pretty chill and didn't walk too much. Watched Total Recall during the day. Haha!
