What's up people? I've been pretty active today from early morning. After rough day at work I've managed to find some time and energy to do cardio + body workout. There was a bit of walking, running, push-ups and pull-ups. I usually run at least 5km so this was pretty softcore for my standards. I promise to go all-out in few days so stay tuned! :)

..it's been more than 3 months since I'm back in training and I'm starting to notice some results with gaining muscle mass. With summer on its way I'm planing to do some hardcore cardio in next two months. I think my current weight is around 90kg and I would be satisfied if I go down to 85kg until June.
