Hello actifriends!!!
I hope your day have been great, I would like to share today’s workout that consisted in back and bicep exercises... the most exciting part was the bicep drops 15 to Kill your muscle and the remaining stamina in your body lol.
Have to say that I was so tired that I need to decrease the weight lol
But at the end it was a really good calorie burned result
To end I went to Panera bread for some sandwich to recover muscle hahahahaha who can’t resist...

Really good the workout but not so much move isn’t lol... Next time I’ll do a marathon... I hope in future actifit support Apple Watch...
