Although I wasn't able to get out for my walk until late afternoon (after housework etc) once I did I injoyed it to the fullest. Walked around the neighborhood & along one of the snow mobile trails close by (part of it anyways) ☺
Thankful for the fresh air, meaningful movement, clarity, centeredness & improved wellness my active meditation time with actifit affords me.
