I managed an #AutomaticWin this morning (See below for my screen capture proof) which always means lots of steps for the day! Also fit in a quick weight lifting session and that made for a pretty busy day!
The weather outside is unbearably cold 🥶 so I’m doing my best to stay in doors.
Last night I went for a quick 30 minute walk with the idea that I could get some extra steps despite the cold weather... Well! That plan backfired because my cell phone battery 🔋 died immediately. The cold killed it in an instant so I ended up walking my planned route anyways muttering to myself! Hahaha!
Today’s #PowerMove is a tough one! I call this exercise “Hanging Knees”.
Yesterday’s Air Plank is a static hold. This move, however, is a moving exercise where stability, arm support, and core strength are tested to the max.
The knees hang at your center while your arms lift them off the surface. The knees are then drawn over to touch the supporting elbow (left) and then pulled over to touch the other supporting elbow (right). This movement is repeated until you are unable to maintain the #PowerMove.
Later on when we begin covering the BODY health compounder I’ll shoot a video of myself doing this one!

HOW TO GET AN #AUTOMATICWIN
STEP 1
Select your activity:
- #AdventureWalk
- #AdventureRun
- #AdventureClimb (Stairs)
- ALL OF THE ABOVE!
STEP 2
Get 10,000 steps before 10am.
STEP 3
Take a screen shot of your @Actifit step count for proof of an #AutomaticWin.
STEP 4
At the end of the day post your proof of activity to the Steem blockchain with the @Actifit app as you normally would.
STEP 5
Include (along with the #Actifit hashtag) the #AutomaticWin hashtag and the screen capture proof you took when you got your 10,000 steps before 10am to your end of day post using the @Actifit app.
NOTE: You may also include the #AdventureWalk, #AdventureRun, or @AdventureClimb hashtags (please only use one of these at a time per. post.) depending on what primary activity you did to get your #AutomaticWin! We will use this information to enhance the step statistics we publish during the course of any currently running Step Challenges!
