UBI should not have to wait for A.I. It should be a human rights issue, ​especially where humans no longer​ hunt and gather or are otherwise disconnected from the land. We already have massive unmerited welfare for the 1% and their cronies! It should be based on Maslow's primary needs which are fundamental to existence.
