Airdrops: One Good Thing

It's an age old thing people LOVE to scoff at, the idea of money just falling from the sky. "It doesn't just rain down like manna from Heaven, you know!" 😆

Only it does. Fall from the sky. Figuratively, at least.

I remember as a Steem newbie in 2018 having NO IDEA what an airdrop even was. And over the last years I have been the recipient of many. Some fizzled out and were not unlike the widespread environmental litter created by the airdropped propaganda leaflets of the Chinese Cultural Revolution. Others were the start of something real, which continue to grow in value.

So how do you know??

That's what made this post by Hive account@jerrythefarmer so helpful. It gave us some things to look for, some ways to stay in the loop and some ways to prepare that might increase our chances. Well prepared people tend to be a whole lot luckier than most, and the crypto space is no different.

Many people engaging on the Hive blockchain aren't crypto gurus, maybe have a day job or a family or are utterly absorbed in their Splinterlands of their nft art. Basically, not everyone has the TIME to learn all there is to know, in order to benefit and receive.

ONE GOOD THING (apart from the actual money falling from the sky) is surely that there are people making it easier for others to receive their share of airdrops.
