I'm treating myself well this morning with a nice simple 'breakfast'. Nothing goes better with the morning than some shrimp and some onions.
It's roughly about 8 AM in the morning and I decided to fry myself up some shrimp with some roasted onions. Normally, I'd eat some eggs or fry me up some pancakes but I figured I'd switch it up today. For my drink, I had a cup of milk... Quite weird, but it's all that I had inside the fridge. It was either milk, chocolate milk, or water... LOL.
I seasoned the onions with some salt and pepper, and, for a kick, I added some cayenne pepper. A modest breakfast meal, high in protein and milk will add carbs. I'm sure I'll grab myself another snack, like an apple or an orange, but for now, I'm pretty full.
