G'Day mates!
Had a much more productive day today... mainly because I decided I needed to.
Smashed out my run with my new trail runners pretty quickly. I'm still walking the last bit, but man it is a crazy decent hill at the end. I'm going to be so super mega pumped when I make it the whole way without walking.... and then I'll be the best runner in the world/street!
Finally talked myself into smashing out some yoga as well... still annoyingly uncomfortable, but I can tick that off.
Then, the smashing continued with 5 hill sprints... even with pretty tight Achilles... I'll feel that tomoz!
Finally, I was also able to tick slacklining off the list... which means for the first time all week, I've got a full day ticked off. I did all my things! Now I'll smash this post, and go play on a couch with a girl and do some relaxes... until tomorrow when I might try and build a raised veggie box... with this adulting never end?
Honestly, ticking off everything for the day is such a good feeling... even if I wanted to do almost none of it.
