Good Evening, Steemians! :-D
Just some thoughts today on Anxiety, how we experience it in our lives, as well as how we think about it as a mindset. Is our anxiety something we need to fix, something we need to treat? Or is it an indicator for something more?
Perhaps it's time we shift our mindset to learning from our anxiety by connecting with it and ourselves, rather than following our conditioned patterns of resistance and avoidance. Taking time and space to listen!
