... chaschlick (at least that's what we called it in the GDR). Shish kebab is a meat skewer, with clearly defined ingredients. It consists only of meat, bell pepper, onion, liver and bacon ... these ingredients are alternately put on a wooden skewer and then fried ... simply delicious !!!!
