And as my firs introduceyourself blog post I decided tell you recipe of cabbage rolls that is cooked in my country.
Ingredients:
White cabbage - 8-10 leaves
Water
Salt - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Fresh mushrooms - 500 g or dried mushrooms - 100 g
Tomato paste - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Loose rice porridge - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Servings: 8-10
Preparation:
Cabbage leaves boil in boiling water 2-3 minutes, remove from water, allow the water to drain.
If necessary, stiff veins of leaves slightly beat off until soft with a wooden chopper.
For each cabbage leaf put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling and wrap it. Stuffed cabbage rolls in oil, then stewed in a goose or in the oven on a baking sheet.
Serve with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad.
For the filling dried mushrooms to wash and boil, fresh mushrooms boil, finely chop, mix with rice and tomato paste, salt to taste.
