'Red Leaf'

This is a leaf on a glass roof. Without knowing it, the image is quite odd. If you take a look at the two dark lines dividing the frame into three parts, you might feel that they are denying the beauty behind them. Notice the difference in sizes of the visible parts.

The read leaf takes over the observers attention. It is a beautiful accent in an otherwise cold colour scheme, apart from the shade of yellow. The progression from white to the blue background, due to the sunlight, is interesting, and so is the difference in contrast.

Overall, the image gives me a good feeling. A bit nostalgic, but still positive. Imagine a leaf as a memory. ;)
