Macarons are my favorite cookie to make! They are gorgeous, colorful and delicious. They come in many shapes and sizes, but I usually make the traditional 1 inch round. The flavors shown are: French lavender, vanilla, chamomile, rose, matcha, peppermint and mint chocolate. I followed a French recipe and technique and filled them with ganache and Swiss butter cream flavored with natural flavorings.
