I would like to share with you one of my very first attempt at baking a cake. And I will not lie - first times typically come with a fair amount of struggles. Mine was no exception.
Most of the chaos, however, was utterly my own fault. I was so excited that i started decorating the cake with the chocolate cream immediately after taking it out of the oven. Unsurprisingly, the cake base did not appreciate the enthusiasm and fell apart in protest.
Although I managed to somewhat fix the damage, this experience left me with a valuable lesson - good things require time. Rushing rarely makes things better, whether it is a cake or life in general.
Maybe I will give cakes another try in a year. Until then, I will stick to baking things that do not challenge my patience quite as much.ðŸ¤
