Hello, happy Monday! Wish you had a wonderful weekend. I had a busy Saturday so balanced my weekend by making my Sunday by having a quiet day with less activities.

I started my day by making this cheesy spinach and tomato omelette for breakfast. I also paired it with a banana and ginger tea with lemon for my drink. I feel healthy whenever I have these foods to start my day. It make look little but it's already enough to make me feel full for a couple of hours.

Then around lunch time, I received a notification that two of my three orders were already out for delivery. I waited to receive a text message or a call from the delivery rider but didn't get any. I only remembered my orders early evening and immediately checked my phone if I missed a call from the rider. Well, most riders delivering my parcels no longer call me because my father would always receive my parcels on my behalf so I proceeded to check my app and saw an update that it was already delivered.

There are things that I could hardly find on malls just like these windproof candles which I use when we visit our mother at the cemetery. Lighting a candle outdoor is troublesome especially that it's always windy at the cemetery. A bit pricier but it really solves our problem of keeping the wick lighted.

Next that I bought is cling wrap. Those sold in the malls didn't have built-in slide cutter that's why I have to resort online for it. My previous cling wrap box also had a slide cutter but it was already dusty and dirty. I have to get a new and clean one because I use cling wrap for foods and using the old box might just contaminate the foods instead.

I also settled my shopping app bills for this month and January next year. I really find the pay later feature of the app useful because transferring money from bank to app has a transaction fee. What I do to lessen my expenses is to stack my bills (because I have some unexpected stuff to order sometimes too) and pay all of it at the same time before its due date. I want to start my year with no pending bills so I paid my January bill as well. Hehe!

And for my dinner, I had this mung beans with tofu and bok choy. This is my first time cooking this dish and using this specific mung beans. I'm surprised that it tastes alright. I always thought this mung beans didn't taste good. Now, I'm adding this on my menu because I read this beans is packed with nutrients.

That's how my Sunday went. It might sound boring but it was still a happy day because I got to eat delicious and nutritious foods, received some of my parcels, and also paid my bills. Nothing really beats the peace of mind you get when you finally settled your bills. Lol. Have a great week ahead!
