Some place where, when my brother and I pop in, the server waves, smiles, and heqds to get our "usual" before she pops over.
AFTER she drops our cocktails, He, a vodka soda, lemon twist, me a Bombay Sapphire and tonic, two lime wedges, we both being asking after he boys, she asks after out spouses.
