You know that I recently finished my second session but this time, I got the result ! And it went really well, I managed to successfully pass everything and I’m now entirely in Master ! I guess you can imagine that when I knew that, I opened myself a nice beer and it was the Chimay Rouge.
Description
This is a brown beer with 7%, it’s brewed by Chimay which produced Trappist beer.
There is 4 kinds of Chimay : the golden, the red, the white and the blue. It's important to say that the label Trappist is for the brand, not only one of their beer.

Tasting
Time to taste ! The odor was pretty standard for a beer. This beer is very sparkling, sweet but simple overall. It isn’t bitter and the taste lasts long. Another thing about this beer is that it’s quite heavy even if there isn’t a lot of alcohol. It’s important to say that this one is very different than the Chimay Bleu.
Rating
I rate this beer 13/20, I found this beer simple but great. For me, it isn’t the best Chimay you can taste. If you want to discover the brewery, I advise you to start with the Blue one since it’s their most known beer but also their best.
