In an effort to dethrone the Peak Orangic Ipa's status as number one (in my book), I grabbed another organic ipa this time by Green Fog Brewing / Mendocino Brewing Company.
On the first sip, I get a slow fade from a soft honey sweetness to the beginnings of hops bitterness. If you sip too quickly you'll miss that honey drop.
The foam just sat in the cup for this brew. I'm also noting a light lemon flavor. This beer is perfect for the summertime sipper or for the hop-curious.
