The beer we are sampling tonight is called Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA.
The first sip has a strong pitbull-jaw hops bitterness that stands out.
Each sip is consistent. A light floral hops scent/flavor passes the batton to bitter hops racing down my throat.
If I remember correctly brewing with hops early in the brew process and inserting it later on the brew gives the drink bitterness.
Each sip until the end is consistently bitter with a respectible bite. This tasting leaves me wondering what This brew will be like tomorrow when my taste receptors are used to the bitter flavor.
