I have set this brew aside for a week and finally got a chance to crack it open.
I was very generous on the head since drinking through foam definitely enchances he experience.
The first word That comes to mind is BALANCE. It isn't over-the-toppy hoppy. It isn't too bitter. It is smack dab in the middle and sitting pretty.
This troubles me because I feel like I've missed something. Or at least as thiugh I could pair this with several other goodies.
I'll start off with pretzels. Amazing! I tossed a few of these spelt pretzels in my mund and drank the finest through the pretzels. I am getting slightly more hops with this method of consumption.
I chomped on a huge hunk of this black chocolate from Trader Joes. I am not experiencing anything too profound.
I toss back a third and forth sip and although the remnants of chocolate persist, the beer is just asking to be paired with something.
I will try peanuts next. It is OK.
I think by far the best combination is the finest with some type of pretzel.
