The bitterness sweet balance leans more towards the bitter. It even has tart qualities like granny smith apples that can't find their sweetness.
The second sip yields another mouth full of bite. I am getting more hops in this sip, but there is a bitter wall between us.
Strangely enough I feel full despite the fact that I am about to make dinner.

If you are bored, make sure to always have experiments going on in your life. How long can you go without showering (don't recommend), how many pizzas can you eat (do recommend), or how many rollercoasters you can ride (don't mix with the pizza challenge).
My first June experiment was to get a hold of hops and make hops iced tea. It tastes lovely, and my friends loved it too. That is a repeat decision.
How about using hoos tea to make bread?!? Well there are yeasts and sugars and hops together in this senario. A lot of goodness like a good IPA. What could possibli go wrong?
