On this day, on 22nd May in 2010, two pizzas were ordered for 10,000 BTC.
Back then, when Bitcoin was just a year old, that price was quite fair. 10,000 Bitcoins were somewhat around $25. With today's Bitcoin price those two pizzas are now worth $21,200,000 USD! Without a doubt the most expensive pizzas ever.
2 pizzas in 2010 = 10,000 BTC
2 pizzas in 2017 = 0.0118 BTC
The price of pizza has dropped a lot in 7 years! In addition, as long as Bitcoin continues to make new all time highs, they are getting cheaper by the day!
