Taekwondo is a legit martial art for sure. This yoga would be great for recovering and strengthening after one of those sessions. Plus, one of the best training partners I have came from a Taekwondo background and prepared him really well.
Football is a flash in the pan during high school/college for almost all. Jiu jitsu can be trained while doing that (talk about building core strength and using leverage!) or afterwards. Never too late to start.
