Blaa is a type of doughy white bread made in Waterford in Ireland. It's really nice but I prefer potato farls if your talking about breast/starchy foods made in Ireland! Potato farls are just mashed potatoes with flour and fried in a pan. I've never made Blaa only bought it but here is a recipe I'd like to try sometime!
