My main focus is to teach technical kickboxing through to black belt, to the highest standard while ensuring i work at the pace of my clients . Fitness and conditioning is a key element to a successful Kìckboxer . With this in mind i built in fitness and conditioning as part of your kickboxing program ensuring you achieve your fitness goals training for self defence or competition i am a level 1,2,and 3 personal trainer which I think is important to know how the body scientifically works
