Ingredients:
- 4 cup American corn kernels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- black pepper as required
- 8 green chili
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon coriander leaves
For Dough
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 4 cup water
- salt as required
- 1/2 cup gram flour (Besan)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Step 1
Firstly, take a bowl and blend rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate, gram flour, salt, and water along to create a batter. ensure that the consistency of the batter is skinny. Keep it aside for a number of minutes. Now, place a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and add water to it. when a boil, add the corn kernels and allow them to boil till tender.Step 2
Now, take a mixer-grinder and grind corn kernels alongside inexperienced chilies and a trifle water till the paste is swish inconsistency. place the paste into a bowl and add flour, coriander leaves, sodium bicarbonate, juice, sugar, salt and black pepper powder. combine all the ingredients well. Add water to the mixture and create a swish dough.

Take little quantities of the freshly ready dough and roll them into the form of cylinders. Dip every roll into the batter then dip it in breadcrumbs.Step 4
Now, heat refined oil in a skillet over medium flame and fry these rolls till golden brown in color from all sides.Step 5
Take a plate and place tissue papers over it, transfer the rolls onto the plate so excessive oil is often absorbed. Serve hot along with your alternative of dip! Corn Rolls tastes best with dip.
