Hello Steemit friends,
Its been awhile since I've done a blog post, I haven't been doing much lately but I finally left my house lol
Soo yesterday I went downtown Toronto to meet my friend for lunch. We went to an all you can eat sushi place that wasn't all that great to be honest, I certainly wont be rushing to go back. After lunch we went to the Toronto Eaton Centre, which is one of the larger shopping malls in Toronto. Nordstrom was basically the only store we went into and I happened to pick up some candy when I was there but not just any candy its a "Luxury Candy" by "Sugarfina".This brand is carried at Nordstrom and is mostly famous for their champagne gummy bears but I don't think they taste like champagne.
I don't usually buy candy but they had a special collaboration "Sugarfina x Sanrio". Im not familiar with Sanrio but I guess its something to do with Hello Kitty and the other characters like Gudetama that I know. I picked up the Hello Kitty box and Im now regretting not grabbing the Gudetama ones because I also like that character. When checking out, the sales guy gave me a cute bag and a Hello Kitty tag that peeps out of your bag.
Is this candy really different that any of the cheaper candies you buy from somewhere else? No its not, its basically the exact same just more pricy and a cuter packaging. The candies I purchased are called "Mamas Apple Pie" so Im assuming they taste like apple pie ? Im waiting to film a youtube video before I open them to try it, kind of a first impressions thing.
