let's come to the recipe without wasting your time I don't want to drag the topic too much because I know it's mouth watering picture with mouth watering dish 😂
1- Take a pot size depends on your choice, pour 3 big spoon Oil it can be ghee or if you are skeptic to oily stuff so you can choose vegetable oil, and add some zeera ( cumin ) around 1 to 2 tab spoon and chopped onion & 4Tbsp ginger garlic paste start fry these things till 2 to 3 minute on hot oil. While frying add chiken 1 Kg cut into 2 inch pieces and add 1/4 Cup water after chicken and now Add masala in the end which can be called grinned paste or mixture of ingredients I'll tell in the next step now cook for 3 Whistles.
2- Take a look in below picture of ingredients you need to make ground garam Masala grinned these ingredients ( Mixture of Spices )
3- Now After cooking till 3 whistles open the cap of pot and add 1Cup soaked Basmati Rice into the pot Start mixing and add salt as per taste , now instead of pouring more water we will add yogurt because pulao is made in yogurt so add 500 gms curd into the pot and start mixing again and cook until 5 whistles.
