Do you know having a cup of coffee can give you the energy that you may be lacking or needing for the day? Many studies suggest this to be true. You may have experienced this yourself or if you are not so much of a coffee person, you may have seen someone get constant energy from a cup of coffee.
Have you ever pondered where the energy actually comes from? Off course it's nor from coffee itself.
Well, the coffee as a whole is not converted into so much of energy that lets us perform tasks with so much vigor nor does it increases the rate of production of energy in the body.
Another fact that we may or may not have experienced/seen is that people, who drink coffee and get instant energy, are also the ones who are the most tired at the end of the day.
Well, the energy factor and the tiredness can be seen as a relational condition. Coffee is not changed into energy neither does it increase the rate of energy production. What coffee does is stimulates all our energy to be at a certain place.
In other words, coffee rushes the energy that the body has stored for you to survive the day and uses it all together for one task. It makes the body use up all the energy that there is and then you have a shortage of energy later on at the end of the day. This is why people feel tired and exhausted after certain hours as their energy is all used up.
People then feel like taking another cup of coffee for the need of energy but all this does is use what is remaining of the energy in your body. Along with that, these people also start being reliant on coffee even for the smallest of the tasks.
Also do not forget the fact that there are the people who cannot even brush their teeth in the morning without a cup of coffee.
