Like I promised.... no shakes today but only solid food.
breakfast Day 6 week 2
2 crackers
freshly squeezed orange juice
2 slices of chicken breast
1 boiled egg
In between snack Celery salad with apple
1 stalk of celery
1 apple
1 tbs raisins
15 gr walnuts
Wash the celery and the apple and cut into slices.
Crumble the walnuts. Put the celery, walnuts, raisins and apple into a bowl or container and mix together.
lunch scrambled eggs
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
2 slices of cicken breast
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, Put some coconut oil or butter in a pan and let it melt. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes,
add the eggs and stir with wooden spoon until the eggs are scrambled.
Cut the chicken breast into small slices and add, Stir for about a minute.
Put it on a plate
In between snack
2 mandarins
Dinner Wok veggies
200 gr wok veggies by choice
150 gr chicken breast
Cut the chicken breast into small slices or cubes,
Put coconut oil or butter in a pan and let it melt, add the chicken breast and cook for about 3 minutes
Add the veggies and cook for about 5 minutes. Put it on a plate. I added 1 tbs with peanut butter to it because I love that but it's optional.
Later on the eving you can have 150 gr quark and about a handful of unsalten and unroasted nuts ( not together 😉
