Perceptions are very treacherous as some people play the part to influence your thoughts but it is really a manipulation of what benefits them only. I look at “Corporate America” that way... Despite being built on entrepreneurship, they instigate becoming and staying an employee for their benefit instead of folstering true skills to prepare you for your own business. The mold must be broken in order to be free from the glass ceiling sometimes set for you!
