This smoothie recipe is legit.
It includes several different ingredients that are considered Superfoods.
Superfoods are widely considered to be beneficial foods for their rich nutrient content.
Blueberry Superfood Smoothie
*Makes two 12 oz servings
Blueberries (frozen) 1.5 cups
Avocado 1/2
Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
Spinach 2 handfuls
Coconut Milk 1/8 cup
Almond Milk 1/4 cup
Water 1 cup (or equivalent Ice cubes)
Blend together and enjoy.
When I start the day with this smoothie I can make it though a morning workout and still be satiated until 11am before having lunch.
I find that it is a nice way to start the day because it I do not feel weighed down or bloated at all after drinking this, yet I feel like I have plenty of energy.
