I'll Cook Sisig one of the famous viand in the province of Pampanga
Ingredients:
1.the face of pork boiled and fried
2.pork or chicken liver
- Calamansi
4.chili cultivar
5.black Pepper
6.green chili
7.salt
8.Ginisa mix
9.cooking oil
10.Red bell pepper
11.Garlic
12.Onion
Preparations:
Wash & Chop all ingredients
Including the pork and liver
Cooking process:
Heat the wok put the cooking oil next, add garlic onion and pork saute for 15 minutes next add all chili and pepper salt mix saute for 15 put the cover open the cover lastly, put calamansi cover the wok for 5 minutes
And that’s it Sisig Pampanga
