As always, thanks to the kind people who share their knowledge, I found two very cool playlists. I calmly looked through them and tried in practice. In the end, I realized everything I needed! Got a new experience and made bones for my character! I didn't even need to use additional addons or ready-made bones like rigify in Blender.
But of course there were problems. I saw all the topology errors I made earlier. The movement of the arms distorts the shoulders and chest terribly.
It is necessary to repeat the cycle and create a new character. Now I figured out how to distribute the weights to the polygon groups I needed and understood the nuances of topology. I liked doing rigging and of course I will reinforce the skill in the next iteration.
