A few months back I vowed to myself that I would be posting daily and commenting lots to encourage other authors to steem on. Well, I've failed miserably. But it's not because Steem and Steemit are not a priority in my life. It's quite the contrary.
I love writing. I often say that writing is like breathing to me. I simply can't help it. While I breathe, I write. So where are the posts? Where are the new chapters of Mistress of Magic waiting for editors to make readable? Unfortunately, all of these were deprioritized in the past week.
So what am I up to and where does all my time go?
(Pretty much this)
Marketing & Social Media at
The brilliant and his team are amazing innovators and developers. What they are not is marketers and content writers. I am.
While the developers do their development thing and grow and improve the platform, I post the occasional update to the social media profiles, answer messages and mentions, and help create marketing content and other documents that are crucial to the success of this amazing project. So much to do, but so much potential there, I just can't keep away even though it comes at the expense of my art and free time.
Content Writing and Mayhem at
Another amazing organization I am proud to be of is the . This whacky group of professionals with a liking for cars and all things crypto occasionally entrusts me with texts to write and edit, as well as abusers and scammers who need a virtual spanking on Discord. I always regret missing the oportunity to educate those when
takes care of that business by his awesome self.

Israeli Steemit Community
Back in October, and with the encouragement of , I created a Facebook group for Israeli steemians. I even announced it in a post. At first, it was a trickle. Steemit users like me who were looking for a local community in Israel were happy to find a group to belong to. And then came the flood. The rumor of this awesome blogging platform and friendly local community spread quickly, and the group now holds close to 400 members.
The meetup I organized at a pub in my town took place earlier this week. Even though train lines were closed, over 20 people showed up to socialize, drink, and exchange opinions and ideas about the future of Steemit.
Meetups are nice, but there's a lot more to do. I onboard new users in private conversations almost daily. I help admin our Discord channel and Whatsapp group in addition to the Facebook group I admin. Although I have to save me from getting overwhelmed, it's still a lot of time and energy.
Small Achievements
I now have 5,000 SP of my own, making me a Dolphin. The majority is delegated out to newbies and . In addition, I've passed 2500 followers this week. I'd like to thank each and every one that is not a bot.
