I posted this question once when I was new here about a year ago when I had maybe 4 followers. Needless to say, I got no responses. The atmosphere is a bit different now, and I'll bet at least one person will answer. ;-)
What is something you admit - perhaps embarrassingly - that you don't know how to do, but should absolutely know by now?
I've met full-grown people who don't know how to do some of the following:
- Swim
- Change a tire
- Get their taxes done on their own
- Use a computer
- Balance a checkbook
- Jump a car battery
- Laundry
It's almost inexcusable, right?
Well, I'm certainly not one to talk because I've got one, too. For me, I can't cook if my life depended on it. Of all the adulty things I do, that is unfortunately not one of those things. If it wasn't for my better half, 
Okay, so I'm not completely helpless, but if it doesn't come in a box or if it requires more than the microwave in most cases, I'm calling Domino's.
