So here i am, trying to find some time from my busy I.T. schedule. But you gotta do what you gotta do. No excuses!
I am going to start a program to get lean and shredded in 6 weeks. I am going to follow same program for 6 weeks and share my progress with you awesome people and try to motive and get motivation from you guys.
So 3 major aspects of this program.
- Diet
- Workout
- Sleep
Diet:
I'll be following Keto diet(high protein, high fat and low carbs) but a little modified version. So that its easy to follow and you don't crave carbs while doing this. Actually most people have fun doing this diet as it includes ICE CREAM!
Workout:
It will be high intensity workout. We will start with 15 mins of cardio in the morning (which will gradually increase and you won't even notice), 1 hrs weight training and STOMACH VACUUMS (very important)!
Sleep: At-least 7 hrs of sleep
My main goal here is to achieve tiny possible waist, smaller the waist bigger the shoulders looks.
So i'll try to share my 6 weeks journey which will revolve around these 3 components.
